Lin Nazzaro 4

I don't have much to say, I'm just chugging along. I still have three oil paintings to bounce between, although I've been focusing on just the lungs one for a while. I'm on a roll for it, so it'll probably stay that way for a bit. I love the iridescent paint, but it kind of gets lost easily when it's mixed in.

I also finished up my second marker piece. Not sure how I feel about how visible the marker strokes are; I got some good advice about it in critique though. I used vellum paper instead of illustration board for this one, so the ink didn't soak in as well. Luckily I have more illustration board so at least two more animal "portraits" will be on that. I might even try to use a wood panel, and I still have the Yupo paper that's been a little neglected. We'll see. It's really nice to have something smaller to be able to work on in my room when I'm too tired to go to the studio after classes.
