I'm still working on collecting lots and lots of unique images of peoples skin. At first I was worried about the inconsistency of the light being an issue, but as I'm moving forward with my grids I'm finding that the differences in shades and hues make them a lot more dynamic.
I'm also working on printing my second hand, and keeping my fingers crossed that my screens cooperate with me this time around.
Just to clear everything up - I will be collaging my pieces once I am done with the printmaking and contact printing processes. The collaged images will be the same subject matter - hands, skin, eyes, mouths, teeth, etc. My work has always primarily focused on my fascination with the senses and the range of feelings that they can bring, and I'm hoping to translate that through my work.
